2. Listing Fees

Listing fees for standard entries are non-refundable once the listing has been approved and published. If your listing is rejected, you will receive a full refund automatically.

3. Promotion Campaigns

Refunds for promotional campaigns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a technical issue prevents your promotion from running as scheduled, we will extend the duration of the promotion or provide a pro-rated refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can use our automated refund request system or contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction ID and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or have been banned for fraudulent activity.
